In the renewal design that is present in the 2024 Nissan Rogue, the taillights are also clearly visible, along with the unique D-pillars. In refreshes, we often see upgraded lights, but Rogue prototypes use the current lenses as replacements, or new lights aren’t built.

Instead, all concealment is found under the taillights, suggesting future rear fascia modifications. However, since we can see a narrow horizontal reflector through the case and it’s identical to the current model, we don’t expect much to change. It will most likely only require minor cropping adjustments.

We can clearly see the lights on the front as well. The only item on Rogue’s face that isn’t covered is its split-light system. We’re speculating about changes to the grille and fascia under the sheer finish as the lenses appear to be the same as the current model.

Nissan’s famous V-motion grille lines are clearly visible, although they could be made slightly smaller and deeper to extend further down the lower fascia. We can’t see how the lower opening matches the corners of the bumper because of how well the camouflage wrap hides the body lines. The narrow vertical vents along the sides of the fascia are also hidden.

Everything else seems to be a standard Rogue issue after that. While we don’t get a clear view of the cabin, we do see any flaps in the upper area of the dash which is consistent with our spy source’s prediction that the current turbocharged 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine will remain. in a place under the hood.

That means the interior design will be largely unchanged, although there’s always the possibility of minor trim modifications, a larger touchscreen, and added technology.

2024 Nissan Rogue Nismo

So, they quickly envisioned the look of the unreleased and yet-to-be-announced Rogue Nismo compact performance SUV.

You see, officially, Nismo only cares about the little things – including the agile Z car, the GT-R, the Juke/Micra/Note subcompact, or the Silvia.

In short, it does offer things like the Sentra Nismo, but today the only SUV in the performance crowd is the Patrol Nismo, and that’s offered only in the Middle East market. So wouldn’t it be nice to have something for North America too?

Well, the pixel master channel has a whole range of crossover SUVs eagerly in development, with the turbo V6 Rogue Nismo joining hypothetical rivals like the Toyota GR RAV4 or Honda CR-V Type-R in its bid to secure the title of most powerful and fastest SUV.

Unfortunately, that’s all wishful thinking, at this point – as this vision isn’t backed up by any rumors, spy prototypes, or OEM teasers.

Still, they get the usual care, complete with exterior and interior POVs, and an entire (unofficial) color palette to make sure everyone gets to pick their favorite hue first. So, does Rogue Nismo also get a CGI hall pass or not?

2024 Nissan Rogue Interior

The new 2024 Nissan Rouge model with light doors and a large opening makes the Rogue easy to get into. Rogue seems bigger than it really is due to its spacious interior.

Rouge with tall and wide windows provides a wide view of the outdoors and enhances the sense of space. The thick rear roof pillar slightly obstructs the rearview, but there are a number of driver aids available to eliminate blind spots.

The 2024 Rouge as a whole offers a pleasant, well-designed interior layout, but taller drivers may test adjusting the driving position, and there’s less rear legroom than some competitors.

Comfort

In many ways, the 2024 Rogue is a fun SUV as the 2024 Rouge boasts a plush seat feel and a snug fit that makes it ideal for long journeys. The only noticeable drawback to the front seats is the slightly forward placement of the headrests, which may be uncomfortable for taller drivers.

Additionally, Rogue has provided three-zone climate control, a feature that is not uncommon in compact SUVs.

On less-smooth roads, the Rogue’s ride is noisier and less smooth than its main rival. The Rogue has more side-to-side movement than expected over uneven pavement, and we felt plenty of rough edges from road damage.

Technology

In 2024 Nissa Rouge the infotainment features are presented as standard and the driver assistance is very good. On the top variant, there is a large touch screen, digital measuring cluster, head-up display, and wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay mobile integration.

The technology is generally user-friendly, but the digital gauge cluster menus and commands take a bit of practice to master. In addition, voice control is inconsistent and inflexible.

The driver aids perform admirably in most situations, with the exception of stop-and-go traffic, and the Rogue provides lane centering and rear automatic braking in addition to the standard feature set.

Storage

We really believe the 2024 Rogue is an outstanding compact cargo SUV. Its overall cargo volume is only slightly smaller than the segment leader, and its cabin storage options are superior.

The taller 2024 Rouge Trim features a set of easily reconfigurable floor panels that can be used to create a flat loading bed or partition, or lower to create more space. There are a number of trays and compartments for drinks and small items in the cabin, which can be accessed by the front and rear passengers.

Easily accessible LATCH points and wide-open rear doors make it easy to attach the car seat and transport children in and out of the vehicle.

Infotainment

Our 2024 Nissan Rogue expects changes to the touchscreen infotainment system side with the 8.0-inch unit being standard on the larger 9.0-inch Rogue available on the SL and Platinum models.

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are both standards and high-end features like on-dash navigation and a Bose stereo system are optional.

The reconfigurable 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster is unique to the Platinum model and comes bundled with a large 10.8-inch heads-up display and wireless smartphone charging pad.

2024 Nissan Rogue Engine

The 2024 Nissan Rouge is expected to have a very powerful turbocharged three-cylinder engine that can generate a lot of passing and combining power. A little over eight seconds, it can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour.

When traveling the engine and gearbox do not always respond smoothly to the accelerator pedal. Initially, the powertrain may feel sluggish to respond, then jerky and jumpy before long.

We really appreciate that the Nissan Rogue is adept and calm in corners. Steering doesn’t give a strong road feel. There’s also visible dead spot on the wheel when driving straight, especially at city speeds, so it’s easy to drift if you’re not going fast enough to use the Rogue’s lane-centering system.

In its predecessor, the Nissan Rogue SUV is powered by a turbocharged 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine that produces 201 horsepower. The inline-three is mated to a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) and all-wheel drive front-wheel drive is optional.

The Rogue provides a tailored ride that’s fun for road trips and trips but its outspoken cornering demeanor has yet to earn him fans among our staff.

2024 Nissan Rogue MPG

The combined city/highway fuel economy of the front-wheel-drive Rogue is estimated at 33 mpg by the EPA, while all-wheel-drive models are estimated to achieve 31 mpg.
